Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your Realm Conquest account and data. Realm Conquest is operated by BECLEVER OÜ (registry code 14963110), Estonia. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the game (fastest)
- Open Realm Conquest.
- Go to Profile → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted right away.
Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email beclever8@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account". Send it from the email address linked to your account; if you played as a guest (no Google sign-in), include your in-game player name and the approximate date you started playing so we can locate the account. We will verify your request and delete the account, normally within 30 days.
Guest vs Google-linked accounts
- Guest account (no Google sign-in): deletion removes the anonymous guest identity tied to your device and all associated game data.
- Google-linked account: deletion removes your Realm Conquest account and unlinks Google Sign-In from it. This does not delete your Google account itself — only the game data we hold.
What is deleted
- Your account and login identity.
- Your gameplay data: cities, troops, alliance membership, in-game mail, quests, and similar game state.
What is retained
For legal reasons we keep purchase and transaction records in anonymized form (with the link to your identity removed) for as long as required for tax, accounting, refund, and fraud-prevention purposes. These records can no longer be associated with you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
