Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BECLEVER OÜ ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you play Realm Conquest (the "Game"), available on Google Play under the package com.realmconquest.strategy.

By playing the Game you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what the Game needs to function. We do not sell your personal data.
a. Account & identity
- When you first open the Game we create an anonymous guest account identified by a randomly generated identifier. No name or email is required to play.
- If you choose to link a Google account (to save and recover your progress across devices), we receive your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile name from Google Sign-In.
b. Purchases
- If you buy in-app items, Google Play processes the payment. We receive a purchase token, product identifier, and transaction status from Google Play Billing to grant your items and to handle refunds, voids, and fraud checks. We never receive your full payment-card details.
c. Device & technical data
- A device identifier used to tie your guest account to your device.
- A push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) if you enable notifications.
- Standard technical data such as IP address, app version, and timestamps recorded in server logs for security and reliability.
- Crash and error diagnostics [OPERATOR/LEGAL REVIEW: confirm and name the crash-reporting provider once enabled (e.g. Sentry)] to help us fix problems.
d. Gameplay data
- Your in-game progress: cities, troops, alliances, alliance chat messages, in-game mail, quests, and similar game state.
2. How we use your information
- To create and operate your account and save your progress.
- To run core gameplay (combat, movement, alliances, quests, leaderboards).
- To process and validate in-app purchases and handle refunds/fraud.
- To send push notifications you have opted into, and respect your notification preferences.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose crashes, and improve the Game.
We rely on your consent (e.g. push notifications, optional Google linking) and our legitimate interest / contractual necessity in operating the Game you requested.
3. Who we share it with (processors)
We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf:
- Supabase — backend database, authentication, and hosting (European Union — Ireland,
eu-west-1). - Google — Google Sign-In (optional account linking), Google Play Billing (payments), and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications).
- [OPERATOR/LEGAL REVIEW: crash-reporting provider, e.g. Sentry] — crash and error diagnostics, once enabled.
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We do not share your data for third-party advertising.
4. Data retention
- We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account exists.
- When you delete your account (see Section 6), we permanently delete your account, identity, and gameplay data.
- Exception: we retain purchase and transaction records in an anonymized form (with the link to your identity removed) for as long as required for tax, accounting, refund, and fraud-prevention purposes. These records can no longer be associated with you.
- Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and then deleted or anonymized.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Your rights & deleting your account
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
You can delete your account at any time:
- In the Game: open Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm.
- On the web (without the app): visit https://realmconquest.online/delete-account and follow the instructions, or email us at beclever8@gmail.com.
Deletion removes your account, identity, and gameplay data as described in Section 4 (anonymized purchase records are retained for legal reasons). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Depending on your region (e.g. EEA/UK, California) you may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.
7. Children
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13. Estonia's digital-consent age under GDPR Article 8 is 13; the Game is directed at users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than yours, including where our providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in-app where appropriate.
