Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Realm Conquest (the "Game"), provided by BECLEVER OÜ (an Estonian private limited company — osaühing; registry code 14963110; Sauna tn 4-6, Muraste küla, Harku vald, Harju maakond, 76905, Estonia) ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not play.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all intellectual property.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to play (Estonia's GDPR Article 8 digital-consent age is 13; the Game is directed at users 13 and older).
- You may play as a guest or link a Google account to save and recover progress. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may create, suspend, or terminate accounts as described in Section 8.
3. Virtual goods and in-app purchases
- The Game offers virtual items and currency (e.g. gems, packs). These have no monetary value, are not redeemable for real money, and are licensed to you, not sold.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play; Google's terms also apply.
- All purchases are final. Except where required by applicable law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable. We may grant, modify, or revoke virtual items in connection with refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or these Terms.
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue any virtual items or game features at any time.
4. Acceptable conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/automation, or modify or reverse-engineer the Game except as permitted by law;
- harass, abuse, or post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content in chat or names;
- attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts;
- resell, trade for real money, or commercialize accounts or virtual items.
We may remove content and take action on accounts that violate these rules.
5. User content
You are responsible for content you submit (e.g. alliance names, chat messages). You grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Game. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
6. Service availability
The Game is an online, evolving service. We may update, change, or discontinue features, run maintenance, reset seasons, or end the Game. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for lost progress or virtual items beyond what the law requires.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
- The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the Game is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) EUR 50, or where prohibited, the minimum the law allows.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing excludes or limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under EU or Estonian law.
8. Termination
- You may stop playing and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy, "Deleting your account").
- We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service or other players.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. 1, 3, 7, 9) survive.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia, except where mandatory EU consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in, or rely on the law of, your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version and update the "Last updated" date. Continued play after changes means you accept them.
